The document sets the following phytosanitary requirements for the importation of inshell peanuts: the consignment should include an Official Phytosanitary Certificate from the origin country; the control treatment should be approved and indicated in the Official Phytosanitary Certificate (product, doses, exposure time, temperature and treatment date); the consignment should be free from soil and plant debris; the packaging must be suitable for quarantine treatments; the wood of the pallets shall comply with the Regulations; and the consignments should be inspected by qualified personnel.
