Applicants shall submit evidence of an intent to purchase US goods, such as a signed contract.
In addition to the listed products, importers are allowed to apply for a tariff exclusion for any tariff line. However, tariff lines that have already received an exclusion do not need to apply again. For the non-enumerated commodities, the applicants must provide additional information regarding the impact of additional tariffs. The approved tariff exclusion application will only benefit the individual applicant, and will be tied to a certain product amount.
