According to Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels (MRLs) currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance etofenprox. As a conclusion, EFSA recommends replacing the existing MRLs in hazelnuts at 0.5 ppm with 0.01* ppm, in apricots at 1 ppm with 0.6 ppm, and in grapes at 5 ppm with 4 ppm. The following MRLs are maintained: pine nut kernels at 0.01* ppm and plums and figs at 1 ppm.

*: Indicates that the MRL is set/proposed at the limit of quantification.
