EFSA’s opinion (including the recommended MRL) will be taken into account by the European Commission for consultation and review. It is expected that the new permanent fosetyl-Al MRL for the tree nut group will be in place on or before March 2019, which is when the current temporary MRL of 75 mg/kg expires.
The deadline for comments is September 11, 2017.
