As for nuts and dried fruits, the document proposes changes to the following maximum residue levels:
 

  • The MRL for captan in peanut, date, pecan, walnut and other nuts is lowered from 5 ppm to 0.01 ppm, in cranberry is lowered from 20 ppm to 0.01 ppm and in grapes is increased from 5 ppm to 25 ppm.
  • The MRL for fenbuconazole in cranberry is increased from 0.5 ppm to 1 ppm and in pecan is lowered from 0.05 ppm to 0.01 ppm.

 The deadline for comments is April 6, 2018.
