Mexico: MRLs Guidelines

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food of Mexico notified the World Trade Organization of the Draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-000-SAG-FITO/SSA1-2013: Maximum residue levels. Technical guidelines, authorization procedure and review.
 

The standard establishes the technical guidelines and procedures for authorizing Maximum Residue Levels for chemical pesticides for agricultural use.
 
The deadline for comments is October 17, 2017.
