USA: Pesticide Petitions

As regards nuts and dried fruits, the Agency received a petition to establish a new tolerance for residues of the fungicide mefenoxam metal N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-N-(methoxyacetyl)-DL-alaninate, in or on Tree Nut Group 14-12, at 0.3 ppm.
 
The final date for comments is July 24, 2020.
