The poster illustrates with pictures the allowed quality defects covered by the UNECE Standard concerning the marketing and commercial quality control of dried apricots (DDP-15) in order to help producers and inspectors to better identify them. The objective of the poster is to provide valuable illustrated information and training material for users at the point of sorting, quality assurance, packing and inspection.
It is expected that more posters will be prepared in the coming years.
