The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency has notified the World Trade Organization of the draft resolutions regarding the active ingredients A02 Acephate and C48 Kinetin of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution RE num. 165 of 29 August 2003, Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003.The MRL for A02 Acephate in peanuts is changed at 0.02 ppm; C48 Kinetin is allowed for cultures of gape, on foliar application, with MRL and safety security period (SSP) not determined.The final date for comments on A02 Acephate was October 25, 2016 and on C48 Kinetin was October 29, 2016.A02 – ACEPHATEC48 – KINETIN
