EU: Fosetyl

Following the publication of the EFSA’s Reasoned Opinion on foseyl-Al, Member States voted in favor to increase the fosetyl-Al MRLs in tree nuts at the Standing Committee meeting on February 26-27.

WCO: Classification of Blanched Peanuts

As INC informed, during the meeting of the Harmonized Standards Committee (HSC) of the World Custom Organization (WCO) held in October 2017, it was agreed by consensus to classify blanched peanuts in heading 12.02 (raw) instead of 20.08 (processed).
