When is the annual contribution paid? Is it one year from the membership date or by the calendar year?

The annual contribution is paid according to the calendar year, regardless of your membership start date.

How do I renew the membership?

Is the contribution an invoice? Or a contribution letter? Does it count as a donation?

The contribution is considered a donation and that is why we provide a contribution letter and not an invoice.

What happens if I cannot pay the membership renewal one year?

If the membership renewal payment is not received, unfortunately, your membership will be ended.

If I do not attend the congress, do I still have to pay the membership?

Yes, membership fees are independent of congress attendance and remain payable.

Does the membership allow free access to the congress?
Membership does not include free access to the congress. Attendance registration and fees are handled separately and must be paid independently.

Does the membership give access to the INC pavilions, or do you have to pay separately?
Access to INC pavilions is not included with the membership and requires a separate payment and application.
