The undersigned company applies for membership of the International Nut & Dried Fruit Council. In applying for membership, the applicant agrees to be bound by the INC Foundation by laws.
INC membership covers the calendar year (January-December) regardless of when it begins. Membership is subject to the company not having an unsettled arbitration award with an INC recognized organization, approval by the INC Board of Trustees and payment of contributions as scheduled herein.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the rejection of the application or cease of membership. Please note that applications must be completed in full by an authorized signatory of the company.
INC membership holds two categories: Member and Affiliate. The INC will determine the appropriate category based on the company’s business information.
Applicants agree and consent that their contact details will be added to the INC online directory.
