The government of Honduras has notified the World Trade Organization of the Technical Regulation establishing the provisions and procedures governing the production, registration, certification, processing, labelling, storage, transport and marketing of organic agricultural products.The Technical Regulation applies to the products that carry or should carry a descriptive label relating to organic production methods. It binds all natural and legal persons engaged in the production, processing, labelling, storage, transport and marketing of certified organic agricultural products as well as upon the public and private bodies engaged in the registration, control and/or certification of such products.The deadline for comments is November 11, 2016.For further information, please contact us at inc@nutfruit.org.
