The current COVID-19 pandemic has put us all in an unprecedented situation and almost all professional negotiations have been affected by the crisis. Negotiation is an essential skill for leaders, entrepreneurs and managers. This session will explore the main principles of crisis negotiation and look at the essential elements of negotiation skills and how they can be used effectively in times of crisis.
