The study “Polyphenols in Almond Skins after Blanching Modulate Plasma Biomarkers of Oxidative Stress in Healthy Humans” was recently published in the journal Antioxidants.

As the international source of information for the nut and dried fruit industry, the INC has collected information about tariffs of nuts and dried fruits of the main import/export countries. This information is now available to INC members on the website.

Aiming to provide a quick overview, at a glance, of the major trade flows among leading exporting and importing countries, the INC has launched the 2019 issue of the “World Nut and Dried Fruit Trade Flows” maps.
