The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency has notified the World Trade Organization of the draft resolutions regarding the active ingredients A18 – Abamectina (abamectin) and D06 – Deltametrina (deltamethrin) of the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Resolution RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Official Gazette (DOU Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003.

EU: Pesticide Withdrawals

The European Commission notified the World Trade Organization of the Draft Commissions Implementing Regulation concerning the non-renewal of approval of the active substances bromoxynil and mancozeb, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, and amending the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011.
