As for nuts and dried fruits, the Draft sets the MRL of chlorate in tree nuts, apricots and plums at 0.02 ppm, and in grapes, dates, figs and peanuts at 0.03 ppm. These MRLs shall be reviewed five years after their publication.
 
The feedback period started on January 21, 2019, and will end on February 18, 2019.
