India: Advertisements and Claims

The Draft deals with the specification sand requirements for advertisements and claims made on food products. Food business operators and marketers shall comply with the general principles while advertising and publishing or disseminating marketing communication meant for the promotion of sale of any article of food, including labeling claims.
 
The final date for comments is January 29, 2018.
