26 co-exhibitors joined the INC in Dubai for one of the world’s largest food and beverage trade fairs

The INC Pavilion at Gulfood Dubai stood out as a premier hub for leaders in the nut and dried fruit industry at one of the world’s largest and most influential food and beverage trade fairs. Once again, the INC Pavilion fostered global connections and business opportunities under the INC umbrella.

Spanning an impressive 228 m² in Za’abeel Hall 5, the INC Pavilion hosted 26 co-exhibitors from 10 countries, creating a dynamic platform for showcasing innovations and cultivating industry collaborations. It became a focal point for the nut and dried fruit community, offering participants prime visibility to present their products, forge new partnerships, and strengthen existing business ties in a highly collaborative environment.

A standout moment was the much-anticipated INC Happy Hour, sponsored by Al Jameel International, held on February 19. This well-received networking event provided a relaxed yet professional setting for industry leaders to connect, exchange insights, and explore future collaborations.

Celebrating its 30th edition, Gulfood 2025 reaffirmed its status as a must-attend event for food industry professionals. The show featured over 5,500 exhibitors from 129 countries and welcomed more than 100,000 visitors, all eager to explore cutting-edge products, emerging trends, and key players shaping the future of the food sector.

This year’s event spotlighted key trends that directly impact the nut and dried fruit industry, offering areas where the sector can make meaningful contributions. Sustainability and environmental responsibility took centre stage, with a strong focus on zero-waste initiatives, eco-friendly packaging, and carbon footprint reduction. Technological advancements, particularly AI-driven precision agriculture tools, showcased how innovation can optimize crop yields while minimizing resource usage, presenting significant opportunities for nut and dried fruit cultivation.

Food security and resilience were also major themes, addressing strategies to strengthen global food systems amid climate challenges. Additionally, the rise of plant-based and alternative proteins highlighted growing consumer demand for health-conscious and eco-friendly food options, a trend where nuts and dried fruits naturally align as nutritious, sustainable choices.

As Gulfood 2025 concluded, the INC remains dedicated to fostering growth, innovation, and lasting connections within the global nut and dried fruit industry while actively engaging with the key trends shaping the future of the sector. We look forward to participating in next year’s event.
