Ecuador-EFTA: Trade Agreement
On April 21, 2020, Ecuador approved the Trade Agreement with the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), which includes four countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu notified the World Trade Organization of the Temporary Alternative Arrangements of the Presentation of Original Veterinary and Phytosanitary Certificates in the Condition of COVID-19 Pandemic.
China: Export Tax Rebate Rates
On March 17, 2020, China announced an increase in the export Tax Rebate Rate for certain products, from 6% to 9% and from 9% to 13%, depending on the goods.

Brazil: MRLs Update
The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency has notified the World Trade Organization of the draft resolutions regarding the active ingredients A18 – Abamectina (abamectin) and D06 – Deltametrina (deltamethrin) of the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Resolution RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Official Gazette (DOU Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003.
