The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India notified the World Trade Organization of the Proposed Draft Food Safety and Standards (Contaminants, Toxins and Residues) Amendment Regulations, 2017 related to tolerance related to harmonization of MRL of pesticide.
EU: MRLs Update, Draft Commission Regulation
The European Commission notified the World Trade Organization of the Draft Commission Regulation amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl and triclopyr in or on certain products.
