Chile: Brown Marmorated Stink Bug

The Agriculture and Livestock Service of Chile notified the World Trade Organization of the establishment of the phytosanitary requirements for entry of used goods that could carry Halyomorpha halys (Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB)) and the abrogation of the previous resolutions.

The Resolution establishes phytosanitary requirements for the entry of used goods which could carry the Halyomorpha halys pest, abrogating Resolutions No. 6.319/2013, 6.466/2017 and 682/2018.
 
The Resolution entered into force on February 10, 2018.
