(a) The data gap identified in the MRL review related to the analytical method validation has been addressed. However, the data gaps on residue trials have not been addressed. The lowering of the MRL of 0.02 mg/kg to the LOQ of 0.01 mg/kg should be considered. Since new validation data demonstrated that a lower LOQ is achievable, a risk management discussion is recommended whether it is appropriate to set the MRL at lower LOQ of 0.006 mg/kg.
