The Regulation 2019/552 sets the following MRLs in nuts and dried fruits:
 

  • Azoxystrobin: 0.04 ppm in tree nuts (except almonds and pistachios at 0.02* ppm).
  • Chlormequat: 0.05 ppm in grapes.
  • Fenpyroximate: 0.05 ppm in tree nuts.
  • Fluopyram: 0.2 ppm in peanuts.
  • Fosetyl-Al: 500 ppm in tree nuts.

The Regulation entered into force on April 24, 2019.
