EU: Plastic Materials

The proposed Regulation authorizes new substances, modifies the conditions of use of dimethyl carbonate, introduces a group migration limit for crotonic acid, and clarifies the types of migrants to be used in foods with a certain pH, among other amendments.
 
The deadline for comments is November 24, 2018.
