Peru: Peanut Kernel Imports from India

The National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA) of Peru has notified the World Trade Organization of the Draft Directorial Resolution establishing the mandatory phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Peru of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) seeds originating in and coming from India.

Following the completion of the relevant pest risk analysis, the proposal of mandatory phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Peru is being submitted for public consultation. The deadline for comments is June 16, 2018.
