Peru: Pistachios from Chile

The National Agrarian Health Service of Peru (SENASA) notified the World Trade Organization of the Directorial Resolution establishing the mandatory phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Peru of in vitro pistachio plants (Pistacia spp.) originating in and coming from Chile.

Following the completion of the relevant pest risk analysis, the proposal is being submitted for public consultation. The deadline for comments is August 8, 2020.
