The EC has published a draft list of US products which could be subject to additional tariffs in the context of the dispute. Thus, the EC is seeking for feedback from stakeholders regarding the EU’s economic interests in order to assist it in assessing the parameters of planned commercial policy measures.
Some products already included in the list are:

- (08062030) sultanas

- (08119019) frozen fruit and nuts, edible, uncooked or cooked by steaming or boiling in water, containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, with a sugar content of > 13% by weight (excl. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black, white or red currants, gooseberries, guavas, mangoes, mangosteens, papaws "papayas", tamarinds, cashew apples, lychees, jackfruit, sapodillo plums, passion fruit, carambola, pitahaya, coconuts, cashew nuts, brazil nuts, areca "betel" nuts, colanuts and macadamia nuts)
