As for nuts and dried fruits, the drafts set the following MRLs:

  • The MRL for bromuconazole is set at 0.01* ppm in tree nuts, apricots, plums, grapes, cranberries, dates, figs and peanuts.
  • The MRL for carboxin is set at 0.03* ppm in apricots, plums, grapes, cranberries, dates, and figs; and at 0.05* ppm in peanuts.
  • The MRL for fenbutatin oxide is set at 0.02* ppm in tree nuts and peanuts; and at 0.01* ppm in apricots, plums, grapes, cranberries, dates and figs.
  • The MRL for pyridaben is set at 0.01* ppm in tree nuts, plums, grapes, cranberries, dates, figs and peanut; and 0.3 ppm in apricots.

The final date for comments is August 19, 2018. The proposed date of adoption is January 2019.
