Among others, the tolerance of isoxaben in tree nut group 14-12 is established at 0.02 ppm. The Regulation is effective since February 7, 2018; objections and requests must be received on or before April 9, 2018.

Among others, the tolerance of rimsulfuron in stone, group 12-12 is set at 0.01 ppm; in nut, tree, group 14-12 at 0.01 ppm; in berry, low growing, except strawberry, subgroup 13-07H at 0.02 ppm; and in fruit, small, vine climbing, except fuzzy kiwifruit, subgroup 13-07F at 0.01 ppm. In addition, the existing tolerances for “fruit, stone, group 12”, “grape”, “nut, tree, group 14”, and “pistachio” are removed. The Regulation is effective since February 12, 2018; objections and requests must be received on or before April 13, 2018.
