EU: Fosetyl

EU decided to set a fosetyl-Al MRLs in tree nuts at 500 ppm. The MRLs are subject to EU Council and Parliamentary procedures, but, if approved, should come into force around mid-June of 2018. The MRLs apply to all tree nuts except for coconuts.
