As for nuts and dried fruits, the draft sets the following MRLs for lambda-cyhalothrin:

  • in tree nuts is lowered from 0.05* to 0.01* ppm
  • in apricots is lowered from 0.2 to 0.15 ppm
  • in plums is lowered from 0.2 to 0.06 ppm
  • in grapes is lowered from 0.2 to 0.08 ppm
  • in cranberries is lowered from 0.2 to 0.15 ppm
  • in dates and figs is lowered from 0.02* to 0.01* ppm

The final date for comments is March 4, 2017. The proposed date of publication is June 2018.
