India: Organic Foods

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India notified the World Trade Organization of the Draft Food Safety and Standards (Organic Foods) Regulations, 2017.
 
The draft establishes definitions, organic food labeling and certification, imports and reciprocity.
 
The final date for comments is July 3, 2017.
