The European Commission published the Regulation (EU) 2017/405 of 8 March 2017 as regards maximum residue levels for sulfoxaflor.This Regulation amends Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as regards maximum residue levels for sulfoxaflor in or on certain products.As for nuts and dried fruits, the Regulation sets the MRL in plums at 0.5 ppm.The regulation entered into force on March 29, 2017.Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/405 of 8 March 2017
