Connecting the global nut and dried fruit community
The International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC) has wrapped up another successful edition at SIAL Paris 2026, held from October 17 to 21. Recognized as one of the world’s leading food industry exhibitions, this year’s event attracted 295,000 visitors from over 130 countries and brought together 8,000 exhibitors, creating a dynamic environment for discovering new products, exploring market trends, and building international business relationships.
Once again, the INC Pavilion was a focal point for the international nut and dried fruit sector. This year, the pavilion welcomed 37 co-exhibitors from 19 countries, maintaining a strong international presence and providing companies with a valuable platform to showcase their products and connect with buyers, suppliers, and other industry professionals. Throughout the five-day event, the pavilion fostered new business opportunities while helping strengthen relationships across the global nut and dried fruit community.
One of the highlights of the week was the INC Networking Reception, sponsored by Frunut. The reception created a welcoming setting for meaningful conversations, networking, and the exchange of ideas.
Beyond the business meetings and networking opportunities, SIAL Paris 2026 offered a broad overview of the developments transforming the global food industry. From new product concepts to advances in sustainability and food technology, the exhibition highlighted the sector’s ongoing efforts to respond to changing consumer expectations and evolving market demands.
For companies in the nut and dried fruit industry, participation in SIAL Paris was an opportunity to increase international visibility, explore potential partnerships, and gain insights into new business prospects. The INC Pavilion played an important role in bringing these opportunities together, reinforcing the value of collaboration and a strong collective presence at major international trade events.
With another successful edition behind them, the INC team and its co-exhibitors leave Paris with new contacts, fresh perspectives, and promising opportunities for continued growth. The participation of 37 co-exhibitors once again highlights the importance of the INC Pavilion as a meeting point for businesses across the global nut and dried fruit industry.
