The Proposal aims to align certain maximum residue limits (MRL) for various agricultural and veterinary chemicals, so that they are consistent with other national regulations relating to the safe and effective use of agricultural and veterinary chemicals.
Among others, the proposal adds the MRL for flumioxazin in stone fruits and tree nuts at *0.02 ppm (*indicates lower limit of determination).
The deadline for public comments was June 13, 2017.
