The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency has notified the World Trade Organization of the draft resolution regarding the actives ingredients B42 – Benthiavalicarb-isopropy, A29 – Acetamiprid, C32 – Clethodim, I27 – Indaziflam and I22 – Iodosulfuron-Methyl-Sodium of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published in Resolution RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003.B42 – Benthiavalicarb-isopropy is allowed for the cultures of grape, on foliar application, with MRL of 0.1 mg/kg and safety security period (SSP) of 7 days. A29 – Acetamiprid is allowed for the cultures of grape, on foliar application, with MRL of 0.3 mg/kg and SSP of 3 days. C32 – Clethodim is allowed for peanut culture with MRL of 5.0 mg/kg and SSP of 30 days for post-emergency application. I27 – Indaziflam is allowed for grape with MRL of 0.01 mg/kg and SSP of 1 day. I22 – Iodosulfuron-Methyl-Sodium is allowed for Pinus with both MRL and SSP “not determined for nonfood use”, for post-emergency use (application).For Benthiavalicarb-isopropy and Acetamiprid, the final date for comments was March 7, 2017. For Clethodim and Indaziflam, the final date for comments is March 10, 2017.
