Established in 2011, the INC Innovation Award celebrates the creative spirit of the nut and dried fruit industry by focusing attention on the most significant new product/service introduced in the market. This year, the Scientific Seminar invited an expert on allergy as a guest speaker: Dr. Vicki McWilliam, Clinical Allergy Dietitian and Researcher at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Murdoch Children’s Research Institute of Melbourne, Australia.

The International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC) celebrated the 38th World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress from May 23 to 25, 2019, in Boca Raton Resort & Club, Florida.
