EU: EFSA Call for Food Additives

The European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) launched a call for food additives usage level and/or concentration data in food and beverages intended for human consumption.EFSA is in charge of evaluating the safety of the food additives before they are permitted for use in the European Union. In addition, the food additives are re-evaluated whenever necessary in the light of changing conditions of use and new information.
