EU: New Organic Regulation

13 de June de 2018

The Regulation proposal will amend the current rules covering organic production and labeling. This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2021.
 
Draft Regulation on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007
