Several Gulf countries have notified the World Trade Organization of the final Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Guide for Control on Imported Foods, which describes principles and regulatory requirements to be applied by exporting and importing GCC countries to assure the safety and suitability of food. The Guide also provides a list of required health certificates.The Guide will be implemented on April 1, 2017 and will come into force on October 1, 2017.For further information, please contact us at inc@nutfruit.org.
