The INC Pavilion once again took center stage at Anuga 2025 (4–8 October, Cologne, Germany), serving as the key gathering point for the global nuts and dried fruits industry. Featuring 20 co-exhibitors from 12 countries, the Pavilion gave key opportunities at one of the world’s leading food and beverage trade fairs.

Showcasing Innovation and Collaboration

Co-exhibitors enjoyed a premier platform to showcase their products, engage with international buyers, and cultivate valuable business relationships. The Pavilion provided a vibrant space that highlighted industry innovation, fostered collaboration, and promoted global growth, allowing visitors to network and conduct business in a professional and dynamic environment.

This edition also marked the showcase of the INC Sustainability Certification, the first certification designed exclusively for the global nut and dried fruit sector, tailored to the unique challenges and characteristics of the industry.

Networking at the INC Cocktail Event

A further highlight of the Pavilion was the INC Cocktail Event, sponsored by ATCO, held on Sunday, 5 October from 4:00–6:00 pm. INC members enjoyed premium drinks, canapés, and an assortment of nuts and dried fruits while networking in a relaxed yet professional setting. The event reinforced the Pavilion’s role as a central meeting point for industry leaders.

Global Reach and Key Markets

Anuga 2025 marked a record-breaking edition of the food trade fair, spanning 290,000 m², with around 8,000 exhibitors from 110 countries and welcoming over 145,000 visitors from more than 190 nations. Participants explored food innovations and debated the future of the food and drink industry.

The trade audience at the INC Pavilion was especially strong from Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain, while outside Europe, Brazil, China, Japan, Canada, and the USA were among the top represented nations. This global representation underscores the Pavilion’s importance as a hub for international business and collaboration in the nuts and dried fruits sector.
