The Draft seeks to further liberalize provisions governing the import of Prunus domestica (Plum), Prunus persica (Peach) and Prunus persica var nucipersica (Nectarine) from Spain. This notification will further allow import of plants and plant materials into India.
The deadline for comments is May 31, 2019.
