Nut Consumption Has Been Associated with a Lower Risk of Colorectal Cancer

Participants dietary intake was collected using food frequency questionnaires with 106 items (peanuts, pine nuts and almonds were included as 1 item) during the course of one year.
 
Results observed that high nut consumption was strongly associated with reduced risk of colorectal cancer among women.
