The US Environmental Protection Agency published the final rule establishing tolerances for residues of fenazaquin, isofetamid and spirotetramat.
 
The tolerance for fenazaquin in nuts, tree, group 14-12 is established at 0.02 ppm. Therefore, the separate tolerance for almonds is removed. The Regulation is effective since May 25, 2017. Objections and requests must be received on or before July 24, 2017.

The tolerances for spirotetramat in fruit, stone, group 12-12 and nut, tree, group 14-12 are established at 4.5 ppm and at 0.25 ppm, respectively. The Regulation is effective since June 14, 2017. Objections and requests must be received on or before August 14, 2017.

The tolerance for isofetamid in plum, prune, dried is established at 1.50 ppm. The Regulation is effective since June 14, 2017. Objections and requests must be received on or before August 14, 2017.
