On July 5, 2017, the US Environmental Protection Agency published the Final Rule establishing tolerances for residues of indaziflam.
Among others, the tolerance of indaziflam in fruit, stone, group 12-12 and nut, tree, group 14-12 is established at 0.01 ppm. The Regulation is effective since July 5, 2017. Objections and requests must be received on or before September 5, 2017.
